It so happened that most people in our culture, at least occasionally, allow themselves to use a strong word to express their emotions or link words.. True, in the past, “almost epic”, abusive abuse in the information space was banned or considered a move, and public people were a priori expected to observe higher moral standards than ordinary people..
All these architectural excesses began to be discarded from the beginning of Gorbachev's restructuring in 1985, but especially sharply — the last 10–15 years, with the beginning of the era of mass Internet and suites.. The society is successfully emancipated from the rules of ordinary politeness, and "media people" successfully use obscene lexicon1 to build their personal brands.. One was told by counselors that in this way one can stand out among other citizens fighting for public attention.. Others just happily picked up the trend, because it is as difficult for them to pick up decent expressions due to the cost of rearing, as a tuxedo pulled out of the virgin rain forest. But representatives of both categories, as evidenced by my experience, believe that a strong word beyond the foul allows you to look closer to the people and / or a stronger person..
Strength is traditionally respected in different forms, and intelligence is often mistaken for weakness.. And the proximity to the people in certain cases also does not interfere with anyone - neither politicians, nor businessmen, nor bohemians. Another question is that you need to be able to use strong words.. Of course, for some well-read and intellectually overdeveloped citizens, the sophisticated multi-storey mate takes the form of original art.. But in most cases, everything looks quite gone and trite. Especially if it is used in inappropriate situations - for example, to the address of especially zealous journalists asking uncomfortable questions - as in the situation with Barna. Or he uses a comrade who, due to his personal physical and moral qualities, can in no way claim either the image of a strong someone or the image of a national someone.
Will anything change in this situation in the near future? I think it is very unlikely. The technological revolution created many opportunities for self-expression to people who are not distinguished by a rich vocabulary and aristocratic manners.. The norms of etiquette become atavism. And in many respects due to the example of famous people - including the same journalists - who defy their common and speech liberation..
Perhaps, as a kind of countercultural trend, we will see carefully watching not only for our health, but also for our expressions of people: following the example of certain young people who, in principle, preserve their virginity before marriage. But it is unlikely that fashion will be massive and will affect all sectors of society.. So, our politicians will continue to entertain us with their specific conversational genre.. Because many people want to have a reputation as a strong leader and an extraordinary person capable of sudden movements, and in obscene vocabulary they see one of the ways to achieve this goal..
