The assumption of the Odessa ecologist Vlad Balinsky that in Crimea there was not a one-time leakage of toxic substances, but there were periodic discharges, is confirmed by the governmental interdepartmental working group.

This on his Facebook page is reported Odessa political scientist Jaroslav Katolik. "Yesterday Channel 7 discussed with Vladislav Balinsky (Balinskyy Vladislav) an ecological catastrophe in the Crimea," the political scientist writes.. "Vlad said that the version of a one-time leak / accident is extremely unlikely - apparently, we are dealing with periodic emissions. And today this information was confirmed by our interdepartmental working group ".

According to the authoritative publication "Ukrainskaya Pravda", the cause of the negative impact of the Crimean plant "Titan" on the environment and human health are the daily emissions into the atmosphere, rather than the acid storage, as previously reported.

This edition was reported by the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Victor Vakarash after acquainting his delegation led by the government interdepartmental working group with the situation in the settlements of Kalanchatsky and Chaplinsky districts of Kherson region, located near the Crimean plant "Titan".

Jaroslaw Katolik proposes to start immediately the solution of such problems:.

1) urge international organizations to visit together with our experts from Armyansk to determine the cause of the pollution, its scale and measures to combat them;.

2) to launch a series of videos and information messages for the public about what is happening and what needs to be done in this situation (by the way, Vlad listed the basic security measures).

3) begin to prepare claims against Russia (as the state responsible for the occupation of this territory and obliged to provide adequate living conditions for the population) for the damage caused by the technogenic catastrophe of our territory and the health of our citizens.

In the opinion of the political scientist, Ukraine shows much greater concern about the situation in Crimea and occupied with Crimea than about the occupation authorities. "This whole situation clearly demonstrates that Mordor is not able to manage this territory and he does not care about the local residents (the military interests of the gas station country prevail over the lives and health of ordinary people). I think that now even the most frightened Crimeans are beginning to get these simple truths. And, without any propaganda or counter-propaganda. It's a pity that it's so late, "writes Jaroslaw Katolik.
