Yesterday the second edition of the show "Zvazhenі ta schaslivi-8" on the STB. Participants became slimmer and sturdier.
At the weigh-in, Vasily Virastyuk, the trainer of the project, showed -2 ??kg and now his weight is 148 kg. Black t-shirts worn by Katya and Boris, the orange team. Unfortunately, the antibonus and lost 6 kilograms was not enough to not fall under the yellow line.
From the second week the participants are already feeding themselves. Everyone has his own individual diet, which was painted by Miroslav Ulyanin, certified by doctors and nutritionists. The presenter and nutrition consultant of the project tried to create an interesting and unusual menu of simple products.
Below is an approximate diet for a week, which can target those who want to lose weight. But it should be understood that everyone needs an individual approach, you need to listen to your body and add / remove products that you need or, conversely, do not fit.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, days with fish First breakfast - smoothies (Simirenka apple, banana, spinach 50 g, water 150 ml) Second breakfast - oatmeal 200g, a teaspoon of honey, cinnamon - boiled eggs - 2 pcs - mandarin - 1 pc. Lunch - boiled / baked / steamed white fish - 200 g - salad (boiled beets, a teaspoon of olive oil) - 150 g Snack - 100 g skimmed grained cheese, fresh dill / parsley, add 50 g low fat yogurt, salt / pepper - stir Dinner - boiled / baked / steamed white fish - 150 gr - salad (lettuce / basil / rucola, tomato, bol pepper, lemon juice, a teaspoon of olive oil) - 150 g Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday - days with meat First breakfast - smoothies (kiwi, spinach 50g, banana, water 150 ml) Second breakfast - omelet from 2 eggs with vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes, champignons) - buckwheat bread - 2 pcs Lunch - vegetable soup - boiled / baked / steamed chicken / turkey / veal - 150 g - salad (cucumber, greens, tomatoes, teaspoon of oil) - 150 g Snack - fat-free yogurt 200 ml, currant / raspberry / cherry Dinner - boiled / baked / steamed chicken or veal - 150 g - fat t (Peking cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, h. a spoonful of olive oil) - 150 g "The ration is quite satisfied. There are meat, fish, salads, berries, and porridge there, - participants comment.. - There is no desire to break.. We came to the project to change, everyone understands this ".
