This August 31, said the Director of the Department of Infrastructure of the City Council Sergei Dulfan. According to him, it was planned to introduce a single ticket from September 1, but changes were made to the regulatory framework, and the investor had to redo the software. According to preliminary data, the fare for a single electronic ticket will be fully paid from November 1.

As explained by Dulfan, earlier it was planned that the issuance of preferential cards will be carried out by the investor, however the new legislation transferred this function to the local self-government bodies, writes SQ. In addition, quotas were introduced for trips for a month (previously their number was not limited), and a number of other changes.

Toughening the requirements to control the turnover of preferential cards required the arrangement of an additional communication line combining validators. In the subway, the device of such a communication line can only be held for several hours a day. The communication line has already been installed at 10 stations, the work continues.
