Secular lioness Kim Kardashian, who over the past few months got rid of excess weight, revealed the secrets of his express weight loss.

Kim said that she did not exhaust herself with physical exertion, but spent at least 1.5 hours in the hall every day. Her training was saturated with power exercises with dumbbells. Cardio star decided to pay less attention.

Kardashian did not specify which diets she was sitting on, noting only that she had been experimenting all the time. The secular lioness now weighs 53 kilograms and does not plan to lose weight further.
