According to the ABC channel, relatives blame the doctor for his lack of professionalism, as he failed to correctly identify Prince opioid dependence.

As noted in the statement of claim, the doctor "could not properly assess, diagnose, treat and advise Prince regarding his apparent dependence on opiates".

Recall, Prince died in 2016 at the age of 57 years at home in Minnesota. Toxicological examination showed that the concentration of fentanyl in the singer's blood was 67.8 micrograms per liter at a lethal dose of 58 micrograms. At the same time, no one was arrested or brought to trial in this case.

Prince was recognized as the winner of "Grammy", "Oscar" and "Golden Globe".
