- She ate every 2 hours during the day. Started with a watermelon - a serving of 300 g, after 2 hours - 200 g of cottage cheese. And this way until evening.
- The last meal - for 3-4 hours to sleep.
- You can also alternate grapefruit and egg white.
"Unloading day can stop the idle phase. That is, the period when a person does everything for weight loss, and the weight does not react to it in any way. This does not mean that nothing happens in the body. It's just a phase of getting used to a new state. Unloading days help to reduce the percentage of fat tissue and significantly reduce the amount of liquid smegma, "- explained Natalia Samoilenko.
There are different types of fasting days. However, a nutritionist advises to alternate protein and carbohydrate within one day. "This alternation and gives a good outflow of fluid from the body," - said the expert.
