FC Lviv has appointed Yuri Bakalov as head coach.
The new head coach of FC Lviv was Yuri Bakalov, the official website of the "blue-gold lions".
Terms of the contract, including its duration, are not disclosed. At the same time, the coaching staff remained unchanged - Batista, Yuri Panfilov, Taras Grebenyuk and Sergei Borzenko will continue to work with the team.
The last place of work of Bakalov was the post of assistant head coach of Kamenskaya Steel, which he left in the summer of 2017.
In addition, the 52-year-old Ukrainian has an independent coaching experience in Zugdidi, Slavutich and Kiev Arsenal.
Recall that Gilmar left FC Lviv because of problems with the license.
FC Lviv will hold their next match on Saturday, August 18, against Shakhtar within the framework of the 5th round of the Ukrainian Premier League.
