Former First Deputy Chairman of the Board of PJSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" Aleksey Tamrazov left the prison on bail, informs the PR with reference to his lawyer Nikolai Orekhovsky.

According to him, the pledge was made on August 13 in a full court-defined amount - UAH 3 million.

It is reported that Tamrazov should wear an electronic bracelet and pass the passport, but until the bracelet on it is not donned.

Orekhovsky also said that an appeal against the court's decision to select a measure of restraint to his client is already being prepared, but so far the court has announced only a short resolution without a reasoning part.

Lawyers insist that Tamrazova did not have the right to arrest only a brief ruling, in which there is no argumentation of the court. Therefore, the first appeal will concern precisely the arrest, which, according to the defense, was illegal.

According to him, after the announcement on August 14 of a full, motivated decision, the defense will file another appeal against him and the court's arguments.
