According to him, this is due to the fact that the city is moving to a new system for calculating the tariff for garbage disposal. If earlier the tariff was calculated from the number of square meters assigned to the apartment, at the moment the norm on calculation of the tariff came into force on the basis of the number of residents registered in the apartment.
