These simple exercises will remove eye fatigue

These exercises help to relieve fatigue, improve vision and just relax.

You can perform them at home or at work: it is enough to allocate only a few minutes and take care of a relatively quiet environment. The main thing is to study daily, experts note.

All exercises should be done sitting with a straight back. At the end of each of them, close your eyes and rest for a few seconds.

Exercise 1 Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths to relax the body. Then rub your palms and attach them to your eyes. Stay in this position until your hands give up the heat. Then, without opening your eyes, again rub your palms and again attach them to your eyes. Do the exercise three times..

Exercise 2 Open your eyes and blink 10 times. After that, close your eyes, relax for 20 seconds and listen to the breath. Repeat the exercise five times..

Exercise 3 Squeeze your fists and lift your thumbs. Pull out your hands at eye level. Look at the space between the eyebrows, look at the thumb of the left hand. Look again at the space between the eyebrows, and then on the thumb of the right hand.

Breathe, looking at the interbrown space, and exhale, looking at the fingers. Do 10 to 20 repetitions.

Exercise 4 Put your hands on your knees, keep your head straight. Look at the point in front of you. On exhalation, look down at the thumb of the left hand, on inhaling again look at the point in front of you.

Repeat the same with the finger of your right hand.

Exercise 5 Relax your left arm and leave it on your knee. Right, clenched fist with raised thumb, pull forward. Make your right hand in five circular movements clockwise and counterclockwise. Watch the movement of your thumb. Inhale, describing the upper part of the circumference, and exhale on the lower.

Repeat the exercise with your left hand.

Exercise 6 Put your hands on your knees (your fists are compressed, your thumbs look up). On inhalation, begin to gradually raise your right arm and follow the movement of your thumb. Do not bend your arm at the elbow and do not move your head. When the finger reaches the maximum point of visibility, start exhaling and lowering the hand, still watching the thumb. Do five repetitions for the right and left hands.

Exercise 7 Pull out your right hand in front of you, squeeze your fist and lift your finger up. Focus your eyes on the tip of your finger. On inhalation, slowly begin to bring your hand to your nose, not taking your eyes off your finger.

Touch your finger to the nose, hold your breath and stay in that position for a few seconds. Then exhale and slowly take your hand to the starting position, continuing to focus on your finger. Do five repetitions.

Exercise 8 Select a remote point or sit by the window and look at the horizon. Then move your gaze to the tip of the nose and keep looking at it for 5-10 seconds. Take a breath, looking at the near point, and exhale, looking at the far. Repeat exercise 10-20 times.

If you perform this complex at home, then at the end, lie down in shavasana and in a few minutes try to completely relax.

Gymnastics for the eyes should be performed every day, especially if you spend a lot of time at the computer.
