Ex-striker of Spain's Alvaro Negredo intends to leave Besiktas and return to the team in which he began his professional career - Rayo Vallecano.

The 32-year-old striker moved from Valencia in the summer of 2017 and signed a three-year contract with Besiktas, but, according to AS, could not convince the trainer of "black eagles" Shenol Gunesh that deserves an "iron" place in the first team.

Negredo played for Rayo Vallecano B (40 matches, 28 goals), Rayo Vallecano (13, 1), Real B (65, 22), Almeria (73, 32), Seville (182, 85), Manchester City (49, 23 ), Valencia (74, 18), Middlesbrough (40, 10), Besiktas (42, 15) and spent 21 matches for the national team of Spain (10 goals).
