Rihanna's ex-boyfriend, singer Chris Brown used sex as an alibi after he was arrested for organizing a party that was raped.

In the documents of the artist's defense, it was stated that at the time of the alleged rape, Brown "was busy watching pornography and having sex with a woman", and therefore is not responsible for what happened and asks to remove his name from the lawsuit, reports NME.

The singer stressed that the victim did not accuse him of harassment or assault.
