The system of electronic visas to Russia will also expand. If earlier they operated only for those who entered the country through Kaliningrad and Vladivostok, now residents of other countries that enter the country through the Khabarovsk Territory, the Amur Region, Sakhalin, Kamchatka or Chukotka will be able to apply for visas. The validity of electronic visas extends to citizens of 18 states, including China and Japan.
