Patriarch Cyril dismissed the general director of the art production enterprise Sofrino Yevgeny Parkhayev from the posts held in the organizations of the Russian Orthodox Church, the official website of the Moscow Patriarchate.

Enterprise Sofrino, which Parhaev led over 30 years - since 1987 - produces a vestment for the clergy, icons and church utensils.

In addition, Parhaev ran the hotel "Danilovskaya", owned by the Moscow Patriarchate, oversaw the patriarchal residences in Peredelkino, Chisty Lane and the St. Daniel Monastery.

The reasons for dismissal are not reported.
