TV anchor of the program "Morning with Inter" Anastasia Dauguleprinila took part in the legendary "Swim across the Bosphorus", which was held on July 22 in Istanbul.

Annually this intercontinental swim from Asia to Europe, organized by the Turkish Olympic Committee, gathers more than a thousand people who want to feel the disobedience of the water element. Among these enthusiasts was Anastasia, for whom crossing the Bosporus was an old dream.

"I wanted to cross the Bosporus since I first signed up for the pool," says the host. - As a soldier dreams of becoming a general, so the swimmer dreams of conquering the Bosphorus. Because it is prestigious, symbolic and difficult ".

This year the swim became the 30th, anniversary and gathered a record number of participants - more than 2.5 thousand people from all over the world! Anastasia and other swimmers had to overcome a difficult route along the strait that connects the Sea of ??Marmara and the Black Sea. The 6.5-kilometer distance started in the Asian part of Istanbul, and finished - on the European side.

The Bosporus is a strait with a character. And how! Several currents, passing and oncoming, can easily be demolished. Anastasia had to maneuver between the streams and manage to navigate the terrain in order not to get off the route.

"It was very difficult," Daugule shared his impressions.. - I got into a strong counter flow before the finish and could not move, although I rowed with all my strength. Many despaired at this stage. But I decided: I will sail until I can. Changed the trajectory, made a detour and got out of the mighty stream that threw back. And I successfully finished - in the pouring rain. Now I am officially an intercontinental swimmer ".

But this day will be remembered by Nastya not only as a new achievement, but also by people who shared with her in the swim: in a large starting town the girl got acquainted with many participants from different countries. "It was a real swimming Babylon. Friendly and international! So all who wish to conquer the Bosphorus sincerely recommend to train and try! "- says Anastasia.

What the next test was planned by the host - while the secret. But we can say with confidence that these will be no less grandiose swimmers than the famous OceanMan or "Escape from the Castle of If", which Anastasia Daugule has already overcome.
