President of Dynamo Igor Surkis commented on the fact that the match of the 1st round of the ULP Kiev club will be held without spectators.

- Already on Wednesday Dynamo starts in the championship of Ukraine, however, without spectators in the stands. What are your wishes for the team and fans at the start of the season?.

- Football without spectators is not football. This was demonstrated by the magnificent atmosphere of the match for the Super Bowl, where there were full stands, although there were also violations there, the fans of both teams burned the lights. But today is the culture of behavior of our fans, they understand football so. In England and other European countries it was so. Our fans every year will be put more and more literate and cultured, realizing that the club is fined for the fact that they behave a little wrong during football matches, when they fire the lights, run to the football field, what can not be done at all, this is nonsense. Whatever happens on the football field, fans do not have the right to run into this zone.

But if you play football without spectators, then it's better not to do it at all. Football exists for spectators, for TV viewers. I understand that we were fined basically for the fact that the fans ran out on the field. Yes, of course, this is a shortcoming of our special services, stewards should better work, who should not allow this to happen. But in the final matches of the World Cup, where worked, probably, a very serious security service, on the field, too, ran out fans. It is impossible because of this to deprive the opportunity to go to football other fans!.

It is possible to close sectors, it is possible to calculate individual people by cameras, to punish. But to deprive the ability of normal people to come to the stands - families, schoolchildren, who behave with dignity - abnormally. At modern stadiums, everything is tracked: where, in what sector, what are the offenses. Fine - yes. There are no questions, we need to punish the fans to feel that the club is punished for this, because the club, first of all, the host party, is responsible. But let's imagine if there were some moments in the previous Super Bowl. I understand that both sides should be punished equally. And in our football it turns out that some people are stroked on the head, while others are punished. If we thus want to put things in order in our football, how we will bring it, if the fans of one team understand that they are allowed everything ... We remember what last year there were punishments for running out on the field and beating the steward. For the same punished Kiev Dynamo match without spectators. Is this an adequate approach? !! I would like to pay special attention to these moments of the new Premier League president, whom we elected, who lives by western standards. I would like that he also paid attention to this, defended the interests of all clubs equally, it does not matter whether it's the Chernihiv Desna or the Dynamo Kiev, or any other club - it is necessary that they treat everyone equally and the sanctions are the same. In the meantime, we are only told that Dynamo we fine the match without spectators, and Shakhtar will close one sector.

We can not accept this, and we will not remain silent. Therefore, I again advise the Football Federation to pay attention to these things and treat all clubs equally, respect all clubs. Moreover, clubs Dynamo (Kiev) and Shakhtar (Donetsk) equally, parity supply players to the national, youth and youth teams, prepares them. These are all the players of Kiev Dynamo, Donetsk Shakhtar and other clubs, who also did a great job of educating football players. So let them respect our club and treat everyone alike.
