President of Dynamo Igor Surkis shared his impressions of the fight for the Super Cup of Ukraine, as well as the draw of the third qualifying round of the Champions League, in which Dynamo will meet with Prague Slavia.

- First of all, I would like to congratulate our fans on winning the Super Bowl. For them this is a long-awaited victory, they were waiting for the trophy. I also want to congratulate the coaching staff, which has done a great job this year, introducing young people into the. They do it all, although not as fast as we would like. God grant that they all succeeded in the future, throughout the game the team progressed, showed the football, which showed in the first half in Odessa. This is my wish, and the head coach knows about it, and the fans want it. Then we can say that we have a young, promising, good team.

- What are your first impressions of the draw?.

- I'm not inclined to divide teams into weak or strong. Everything turns out on the football field. Naturally, I did not want Fenerbahce to get to this stage because it's a more experienced team and better staffed than the other two rivals that could get to us - Standard and Slavia. We have to take into account that we are just entering the season, we need to gain more quickly. We set a goal - to get into the group stage of the Champions League. The problem is unique. The guys know this, they all want it.

- If it's not a secret, we managed to phone the head coach, talked about this?.

- After the draw, I have not yet phoned with the head coach. But in the near future I'll call, and we'll talk. We are always in touch, every day we talk, I'm aware of everything that happens in the team. If not active, then we work in the market on spot, we search for the striker. If we get any other flank player, we'll also pay attention. It is desirable that the players we buy, quickly fit into the team, played and helped the team to achieve both current and global tasks, such as the fight for the championship, the Cup of Ukraine, the Super Bowl. The first trophy we have already won. The task is to win first places on all fronts, always to be the first. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it does not. But such tasks always face the team. I like that, talking to the same Sidorchuk, I see that all the guys are aimed at one goal, they want to fulfill these tasks. The team has a great microclimate. The team understands what the coaching staff wants, so in the team full mutual understanding, trust. It is necessary only now to prove this by good results on the football field.
