The pair has overcome a distance of 6.5 km. About how it was not easy for her to give this story, Marichka wrote on her Facebook page in an expanded post.

More precisely, his last 100 meters, which I actually rowed in place for a long 40 minutes, to still finish and burst into tears, "- began the story of Padalko.

According to Marichka, at first nothing boded ills. Despite the depth of the Bosphorus, the host felt confident, as the organizers of the swim well thought out everything in case of emergency situations.

"On the Bosphorus, despite its depth, a sense of complete security - there are many rescuers, quadrocopters, it's even more terrible for me to swim on the smaller lake in Gorbovichi than it was today. Swim to the island of Galatasaray, and I have already "finished" in my head a post about the light Bosporus, because it was necessary to something to score his head. Especially since I already saw very close balloons at the finish, and the island was the last landmark on which it was necessary to pay attention to the finish, "- shared the leading.

However, when the finish was only a hundred meters, Marichka admits that the "real hell" has begun,.

"For a while I just floated on the finishing balls and did not look around. This was a mistake. Only later, when I looked back at the shore, I realized that I was not moving at all. I began to row more, even more, I almost reached the stands with the audience. The first from there hung the Ukrainian flag. And I imagine, if I get even with him, then I'm moving forward. I start rowing twice more intensively, I think I'll count to 100, and I'll be there, "says Marichka. However, the leader drifted away even further than she was. Marichka did not give up and continued to row.

"All the same I decide to fight to the last, I start rowing again closer to the middle of the channel, obviously further from the finish line to try to go on it on another trajectory. Here the sun sets, the shower starts with lightning, I hear the presenter at the finish line, which starts something actively talking into the microphone, around the swimmers, the remaining begin to take in the ring lifeboats. Feeling that everything! Everything ends, everyone will start to get it, and I will not be in time, "Padalko shares her emotions.

However, the leader managed to get to the finish line. The husband of the star swam first.

"He ventured to swim farther forward and turned to the finish later. When we met, there was so much joy in his eyes, because it turns out he had already checked the infirmary, where they helped everyone who became ill and saw people surrendering fifty meters to the finish and raising their hands to be taken away. The first question is: "Did you rescue the rescuers?" I do not say why. "Well, the main thing that is alive and well," - consoles her husband. Later we found out that the last 100 meters I overcame 40 long minutes. "Yes I swam out" - I say, and again I begin to cry for joy, that I did it, "- shared Marichka.

As a result, Marichka Padalko crossed the Bosporus for 2:20, and her husband - for 1:38.
