The Department of Rospotrebnadzor continues monitoring water quality in the Severouralsk urban district. To date, drinking water is still not suitable. The results of laboratory tests showed an excess of the normative indices "chromaticity" in 1,2 times, "turbidity" - in 6 times. According to microbiological indicators, water meets regulatory requirements.

The situation with the incidence of acute intestinal infections of the population of Severouralsk remains at a stable level, there is no increase in the incidence rate.

The Ministry of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region has been instructed to provide vaccination for the North Uralians against hepatitis A, rotavirus infection.

On the site of the failure in the channel of the river Kalya in Severouralsk, reconstruction works are underway. 78 specialists and 24 units of equipment are trying to eliminate the consequences of the emergency situation and provide vital activity of the population.

Northern Urals complained of water shortage. The governor of the Sverdlovsk region instantly reacted to this and ordered an urgent resolution of this problem. Complete the restoration work, which is ongoing around the clock, is scheduled for the evening of July 20.
