Every day, using products made of white flour, a person seriously increases the personal risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
Do not eat potatoes every day. As such, the potato does not belong to harmful products - but only on the condition that it is used unaccompanied by fats and not roasted. In reality, very few people eat exclusively boiled or baked young potatoes, usually potatoes are preferred after frying or as a puree with the addition of butter and milk, and such dishes only increase the level of sugar in the blood and lead to excess weight.
Useful in all respects, rich in vitamins and protein chicken eggs - this is also a product not for every day, experts say. It is the saturation with microelements that is the reason why eggs should be eaten regularly, but not every day - an overdose may occur. 3-4 eggs a week will be quite enough.
