Swimming "To be honest, it was not my favorite sport. Even though I'm swimming quite well. I prefer dynamic sports more than monotonous. But in the summer I basically force myself to be engaged in swimming. I was helped to improve my skills by a triathlon brother during our spring holiday in Turkey. He in advance took for me a diving suit and taught how to swim long distances - three kilometers. Here, of course, there was a friendly provocation "weakly" (smiling). Beach volleyball "Sport with crazy dynamics! Since I am president of the Beach Volleyball Association in Kiev, I play constantly. It is very important for me to remain in the "volleyball" form all the time. In the summer I am engaged in my beach complex, where I specially built a platform that meets European standards. This hobby has appeared after a few years ago I watched the World Championship in Thailand on TV. Since then, has set a goal to popularize volleyball in Ukraine as actively as possible. Open for our country more globally this beautiful, incredibly exciting sport! This year, for example, I am preparing for the European Championship for the deaf. I advise you to engage in this sport for everyone, and especially for those over 30: it helps to cleanse the vessels, develops endurance and brings great pleasure! "Dancing" This year, especially in the summer, I decided to expand my sports horizons. And I chose for this a very unexpected sport for myself - dances. As a result, he lost 2.5 kilograms in eight trainings. And not just lost weight, but correctly "stung", while retaining muscle mass. Dancing for me is flexibility, endurance and coordination. And, by the way, it's not for nothing that the great boxer Vasily Lomachenko before he became a famous athlete, devoted all his childhood to ballroom dances. I settled on sports and ballroom dancing. Wakeboarding "Simply put, rush on the board at the boat, holding on to a special cable. I do wakeboarding both abroad and in Ukraine. I remember, for the first time I decided to do it after a dispute with friends who know a lot about this sport. Can I or can not? !! Indeed, wakeboarding is a difficult and rather extreme exercise. On that day, the boat was very much overclocked, there was a powerful wave. As a result, I turned over twice, and then - was thrown. But I did not want to get caught up in that I still landed on the board. True, not with your feet, but with the fifth point! Until now, with a smile, we remember this case when we prepare wakeboards for another training session ".

Training with a barbell "In order to not lose muscle mass in the course of my above-mentioned fitness program, I do not stop dealing with bars. To this I was accustomed to my first judo coach Prusin Alesandr Viktorovich (Tischenko - master of sports in judo - prim. auth. ) In those years he constantly sought out various alternatives to develop us as much as possible. Hunted for American magazines about sports, which were for us a real find. And one day he "podzadil" on the bar! So, after training we with the guys constantly stayed to work out extra. Competed, who will do this or that exercise best of all. And over those who did something wrong, bantered, calling "sacks". On the slang wrestlers it was very insulting, so everyone struggled to do their utmost to the maximum ".
