The incident occurred in Alapaevsk. Grief-father accumulated debts on alimony to his 12-year-old son by 427 thousand rubles. He did not hurry to pay debts, he did not have a penny for his soul, he did not officially work anywhere and even avoided meetings with court bailiffs. Charter to wait for the debtor, the bailiff issued a ruling on the forced drive of a man. However, when the father saw the bailiffs approaching his private home, he jumped out of the window and tried to leave the kitchen gardens. However, in one of the guards of the order, he was caught and handed the summons to the court.

As a result of the attempt to escape, the father received three administrators - for failure by parents of minors to perform their duties and upbringing, violation of legislation on enforcement proceedings and obstruction of the lawful activity of an official. The court sentenced him to 100 hours of compulsory labor.
