Trump received "very pleasant" letters from Yin

President of the United States Donald Trump has posted on Twitter a letter on the progress in strengthening relations between Pyongyang and Washington, which he wrote to the leader of the DPRK Kim Jong Eun.

In the letter, Kim Jong-un points out that he hopes for further practical actions in the framework of the US-DPRK dialogue. "I wish that further practical initiatives will strengthen your confidence in you, Mr. President," reads the letter.

Kim Jong-un expressed his conviction that "the epoch-making progress in relations between the DPRK and the US will help bring our future meeting closer".

"I deeply appreciate the significant and outstanding efforts that Mr. President has made to improve relations between the two countries and to implement the joint declaration in good faith," reads the letter.

Kim Jong-un expresses the hope that his joint efforts with Trump "aimed at creating a new future for the DPRK and the US will definitely achieve the goal".
