On the post of KhTW on Moskovsky Prospekt in Kharkov, policemen found a 25-year-old man with a bag of gunpowder.

This was reported in the Department of Communications of the State Unitary Enterprise in the Kharkov region.

The police stopped a car, in which, in addition to the driver, four passengers.

On one of the passengers, a 25-year-old Kharkiv resident, the official dog reacted.

During the personal examination, the men found a bag with a brown substance similar to gunpowder.

Evidence of law enforcement officers seized and sent for examination.

On this fact, criminal proceedings were opened on. 1 st. 263 (illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The sanction of the article provides for 3 to 7 years of imprisonment.
