According to the UFSSP of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region, the bailiff repeatedly sent inquiries to credit institutions and banks about the presence or absence of settlement accounts of the 32-year-old debtor. All the answers were similar: "There are no registered settlement and other accounts". In the registration authorities there was also no information about the presence of a car, real estate or other property of the debtor.

GIBDD Kamensk-Uralsky reported the lack of registered vehicles, as well as the lack of administrative practices for the debtor. Repeated bailiffs came to the apartment where the debtor lived, but there she was not there. On the agendas, she was not. A decision was made on the forced drive of a woman, but this also did not bring results.

In relation to the non-payer, there is a prosecution case. In the course of conducting search activities, it was not possible to establish the address of the actual residence and the place of work of the debtor. The court bailiff-executor was provided with a full package of documents for applying the recoverer to the court on recognizing the debtor as missing. The enforcement proceedings were completed. The court ruled on the recognition of the mother-aliminister missing.

Recall, this is the second case in the region, when the malicious alimony is recognized as missing.
