Kharkov's local prosecutor's office No. 4 sent an indictment against the 49-year-old Kharkiv citizen to the court. 1, 2 st. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud, committed repeatedly).

"Pre-trial investigation found that the man was engaged in the manufacture of upholstered furniture. His services he advertised using Internet resources. With clients who contacted him, he concluded written contracts and even wrote out commodity checks. But after the advance payment - hiding from customers, "- said the head of the local prosecutor's office, Vladimir Kupriyanov, in total, the police turned 75 people affected by the fraudulent actions of the accused. During December 2017 to May 2018 he lured more than 250 thousand from Kharkiv. UAH.

At the request of the prosecutor's office he was given a preventive measure in the form of house arrest. In addition, in order to secure the claims of the victims, the court seized his property.
