And when asked why he once agreed to speak in Moscow, he commented:.

"I was often invited there with concerts, but every time I refused fundamentally, despite the attractive fee. And I allowed myself this show only - on May 9. And it's not a fee, it was just like home ».

According to Vitaly Kozlovsky, the impetus to agree to participate in the concert on May 9 was the attitude to this day, formed from childhood, which was perhaps the most important holiday in his family - his grandfather fought during the Second World War, participated in battles in Russia.

The singer considered this performance possible only as a tribute to memory, but in no way did he want to offend fellow countrymen who today defend Ukraine in the war.

After this speech, proposals on Vitaly's participation in concerts in Russia became more active, therefore he considered it necessary to state clearly and publicly his position:.

"I am a Ukrainian artist. Any concerts in the country-aggressor of Russia for me are inadmissible ".

The singer said that he wants to live and work in Ukraine, assured that without unnecessary words and attempts to convince someone, he will prove that he is a devoted country.
