Prosecutor's Office of Novolyaninsky district revealed an unauthorized dump with a volume of 53 cubic meters of domestic waste and construction debris. The sites on which it is found belong to the lands of the forest fund. In the state register of waste disposal facilities this territory is not included.

The amount of damage based on the reference-calculation provided by the Sverdlovsk Region's Sverdlovsk Oblast "Novolalinskoye Lesnichestvo" amounts to over 9.1 million rubles.

"The deputy head of the Novolalinsky GO administration is responsible for organizing collection, removal, recycling and processing of domestic and industrial wastes, which they did not do," reads the official statement of the Prosecutor's Office for the Sverdlovsk Region.

A criminal case was initiated under the article "negligence" and "storage of waste in violation of the rules". The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the court demanding that the obligation to liquidate an unauthorized landfill, as well as a statement of claim prohibiting the activities related to waste management, without a special permit-license.
