The prosecutor's office closed the same-name shopping center in Achit. The Office on behalf of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation conducted a check on the mall of the municipality and found violations of fire safety requirements that seriously threaten store visitors.

During the check, the prosecutor's office found that in the evacuation corridor of the basement floor, in some places, the evacuation routes are understated, in the stairways of evacuation stairs of a different height, when the evacuation ladder leaves the elevation drop, the escape door opens against the direction of exit from the building, the exit doors that lead outside, are locked. In addition, the fire doors of storehouses are made without devices for self-closing, there is no automatic fire extinguishing system throughout the building area, including common corridors. No measures have been taken to ensure the delay in the release of the powder for the time necessary to evacuate people from the protected premises, turn off ventilation and other violations.

Based on the results of the verification activities, the district prosecutor's office sent a statement of claim to the Krasnoufimsky district court demanding that it be required to eliminate violations of fire safety and town planning legislation. And since violations are a threat to visitors, the court granted the agency's request for an immediate suspension of the shopping center.
