Montenegro, Albania, Norway and Ukraine imposed another sanctions for holding elections in the Crimea

This is stated in the message of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Affairs Federica Magerini, published on the website of the Council of the European Union on Tuesday, June 12.

"Candidate countries Montenegro and Albania, a member state of the European Free Trade Association Norway, a member of the European Economic Area, as well as Ukraine, have acceded to this declaration," reads the statement..

Recall, on May 14, the EU Council decided to impose sanctions against five persons responsible for holding presidential elections in the occupied Crimea and Sevastopol.

In the list of sanctions, the deputy chairman of the election commission of the Crimea, Inna Guzeeva, the secretary of the election commission of the Crimea Natalia Bezruchenko, the chairman of the election commission of Sevastopol, Alexander Petukhov, the deputy chairman of the election commission of Sevastopol, Miroslav Pogorelov, the secretary of the Sevastopol election commission Anastasia Kapranova.
