Kiev Dynamo would like to see in its ranks the French midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa.

Dynamo is interested in the services of Hatem Ben Arfa from PSG, who in summer will become a free agent. Kievans have already offered a contract to the French, le10sport states, referring to L'Equipe.
