June 7 on the big screens goes "Summer" directed by Kirill Serebrennikov.

The film tells about the very beginning of the creative path of Victor Tsoi and the group "Kino", about his relationship with Mike Naumenko (debut in the movie Roma Beast), his wife Natalia and many who were in the forefront of the rock movement of Leningrad 1981. This is a story about Leningrad in the 80's, about love, search and great hopes - about the mood that will remain with us forever. The film is full of music, which the heroes live and breathe: the "Kino" group, Mike Naumenko, the cultic tracks of that time.

"Summer" has already caused quite a strong resonance in the world community. Foreign media called the picture the main favorite of the 71st Cannes Film Festival. Our publications were exchanged interviews with the stars of the Russian rock scene and the approximate Mike Naumenko and Viktor Tsoi. Some of them consider the film not sufficiently biographical, others admire the precise transmission of the atmosphere of that time.
