Scandal singer Courtney Love, who in 2014 was brought to court for writing on Twitter, may again be in the dock.

The widow of the famous musician, leader of the group Nirvana Kurt Cobain was accused of attempted murder.

Interestingly, the lawsuit was filed by the former son-in-law of the singer Isaiah Silva, who claims that his ex-wife Courtney Love's mother conspired with several people to kill him and kidnap the guitar of the late Kurt Cobain,.

Silva said that his ex-mother-in-law in June of 2016 hired a group of people who were to return the acoustic guitar Cobain in 1959, which he gave the daughter of star parents Francis Bin Cobain six months before their wedding.

"The main purpose of their conspiracy was to find and take hold of a guitar that is believed to cost millions of dollars, which was donated to Silva on January 8, 2014," the document says..

Francis Bin Cobain Silva also states that the perpetrators resorted to physical violence against his mother in his presence, and also threatened his 7-year-old daughter.

Let's note, Francis and Isaiah secretly married in 2015. In December 2017, the couple broke up. The girl agreed to pay the ex-husband alimony, but demanded that he return the guitar that belonged to her father.
