A new episode of the exciting mystical series "The Case of the Fiddles" is already available for viewing. Daughter of Julia made a public statement, and Maria Zakharova said that the Russian Foreign Ministry no longer believes in word to the official representatives of Great Britain. Sergei Skripal himself remains silent while hiding behind the scenes. The keynote of Yulia Skripal's interview was restraint. This is a very concise story about the treatment and confusion of the senses. Gratitude to doctors and people who helped on the scene. Please respect the privacy of the victims. No sensations, no accusations toward the "bloody regime", which in principle, based on the current situation, one could expect. It is worth noting three important points that were contained in this brief statement. The phrase "attempted murder" was sounded, which seems to sweep away all other versions of what happened - in the presentation of Julia and, it is not excluded, those who prepared her the text. She also noted that she was grateful for the assistance offered by the Russian embassy, ??but now she is not ready and does not want to use it. Like, leave us alone. The Russian Embassy in the UK, in turn, promptly published a comment in which it expressed suspicion that Yulia had just read out a pre-written text for her. And within the framework of the obligations under the Consular Conventions it would be nice to meet in person, in order to make sure that everything is fine with her, and no one is persistently whispering in her ear. The third point was the hope for a return to Russia. That is, in general, according to Yulia Skripal: it was an attempt to contact the embassy while the father and daughter are not ready, which can, with the appropriate free interpretation, be regarded as a hint of involvement in the incident of the Russian side. But at the same time, Julia plans to return to her homeland in the end, which immediately sweeps out the version of any fear of the Russian state. In general, understand how you want. It is not out of the question that this is a way to just pull the time so that the British side can build a more or less clear line of action, a "legend" that the authorities and the victims will then have to follow if they do not want to upset the new owners of the head of the family. After all, to live it, apparently, in any case under the hood on Anglo-Saxon territory, and to spoil relations with a nursing hand oh as it is not worth it. And the British need to retreat their position, the very crooked history of them turned out. Even if we take into account the surreal picture that Russia wanted to suddenly execute anyone who was no longer an elderly defector in a foreign territory, then this is some kind of disrespect for the special services of both countries. Russian - for the fact that they decided for some reason to poison the object in some strange exotic way and as a result they could not finish it. British - for the fact that they missed everything in the world: both the poisonous substance, and the elusive assassins in the fur hats, and in general. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, in turn, exposes the British, who have no more faith in the word, harsh criticism. Until now, the Russian side has no sufficient reliable information to judge what happened, whether it was a real attempt, or, perhaps, a provocation or even a mock-up. Affected people are protected from any contact. An information vacuum is created, facts are withheld or distorted. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova pointed to the long fruitless efforts of hundreds of British police officers involved in the investigation of the incident, summarizing: "All this means only that, despite the large-scale work, the British police can not back up the version of the crime imposed by the British political leadership". What will happen next with the Fiddles? It's unlikely that they will dissolve without a trace, most likely with time they will simply return to ordinary life. Probably, the official final of the story will be the following - "the devil knows what it was". But at the same time, the media will periodically voice the opinions of authoritative experts who will point to a distinct trace of "agents KGB". It's like in Litvinenko's case - they all seem to know what the Russians said, but who, how, on the basis of which evidence can substantiate this version - go figure it out. It remains to wait for new episodes of this fascinating series. I do not want to run ahead, but it seems that for people this story ends relatively safely, and, no matter how individual people are treated, it's good. But for a cat and guinea pigs "gentlemen" still have to answer.
