This was not liked by the TV channels Football 1 / Football 2, and they appealed to the Ethics and Fair Play Committee.

Yuri Vernidub provided the committee with a detailed comment on this incident. In a six-page statement (click on the link to view it in full), he reported the following:.

- He did not compare FC Football 1 / Football 2 with Goebbels, but he meant that they conduct the same propaganda activities as Goebbels - In any case, these words were estimated judgments, and in accordance with Article 10 of the Convention for the Protection of Rights and Fundamental freedoms of man and citizen, as well as Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Information", no one can be punished for value judgments.

- TV channels Football 1 / Football 2 committed an information attack on Zarya before the match against Shakhtar, and this is a manifestation of their propaganda activities.

- Football 1 / Football 2 channels have no right to apply to the Ethics and Fair Play Committee, and even if they admit that they have something, they themselves violate the provisions of its Code.

- In particular, Igor Burbas violated this Code, informing the "insider" that Vernaduba will be punished with 100 thousand hryvnia. At the same time, journalist TK Football 1 / Football 2 suggested that the penalty for Vernaduba can pay Dynamo.

- TV channels Football 1 / Football 2 spread false information that Zare was promised a million dollars + some amount to the coaching staff if she can take the points from the Miner.

- Dawn will sue the TV channels Football 1 / Football 2 for the dissemination of inaccurate information.

- Vernadub twice punished for failure to attend post-match press conferences - after playing with Zirka and Shakhtar. He was at post-match press conferences, and did not appear on the flash interview. These interviews are provided at the request of the official translator of the championship, and the UPL has not responded to the requests of Zary, whether the channels of Football 1 / Football 2 are those. Zarya does not consider TV channels Football 1 / Football 2 by the official broadcasters of the championship.

In view of the foregoing, Wernidouk asks the Ethics and Fair Play Committee to refuse to the director of FC Football 1 / Football 2 to satisfy the claim about the coach's statement at the press conference after the match between Zarya and Shakhtar due to the absence of violations.
