Former Director General of the Carpathians Alexander Efremov said that the ex-coach, and now the chairman of the committee of the national teams of the FFU Miron Markevich never played contractual matches, but worked with the judges.

"He's an introvert. Everything bears within itself. He has his own philosophy. Igor Surkis said that no more matches were given than Markevich. Markevich never played contractual matches. But he worked with the judges.

He told me: "Sasha, football is a contact game. The referee can whistle in our favor, or in favor of an opponent. We have a young team. It is necessary that she played. I was running. And these whistles are useless. I ask the arbitrator not to whistle and give him money. And I do not need to help ". Although he was helped, "- said Efremov.

Recall that in the "Carpathians" Markevich worked in 1992-95, 1996-98, 2001-02 and 2002-04. Also, the specialist worked in many other teams, among them: "Volhynia", "Metallist" and "Dnepr".

Recall, the last club that trained Markevich was the "Dnepr". With him, he reached the final of the League of Europe, where in an exciting match lost "Seville".
