Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Colonel of Internal Service Alexander Fedorov as Chief of the GUFSIN for the Sverdlovsk Region. Alexander Fedorov was born in 1974. Graduate of the Ufa Law Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation and the Academy of Law and Administration of the Federal Penitentiary Service in Ryazan.
