In the Sverdlovsk region, the period for the introduction of changes to the Rules for the transportation of groups of children concerning the age of buses has been extended to 2019. Earlier they had to start operating already on July 1 of this year, according to the department for the propaganda of the UGIBDD GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region.
Recall, from July 1, 2018, there were to enter requirements for the year of production of buses used for the organized transportation of a group of children. Transport must not be older than 10 years. However, RF Government Resolution No. 456 of April 17, 2011, "On Amendments to RF Government Decree of December 17, 2013, No. 1177", amends the Rules for the organized transportation of a group of children by buses.
New requirements for buses (not exceeding 5 tons, which, in addition to the driver's seat, have more than eight seats), the starting or ending points of the routes which are located in the Leningrad and Moscow regions will enter from July 1, 2018. On other routes in other regions, the changes will be effective only from April 1, 2019.
With regard to buses which, in addition to the driver's seat, have more than eight seating positions and permissible maximum mass exceeding 5 tons used for organized transportation of groups of children along the routes, starting points of departure and / or final destinations of which are located in the Leningrad and Moscow regions , from October 1, 2018, and with respect to these buses used for organized transportation of groups of children on other routes, from October 1, 2019.
In the territory of the Sverdlovsk Region, more than 600 trucking enterprises and individual entrepreneurs carry out passenger transportation activities.
