Multimedia historical park "Russia is my history" has received the status of a budgetary cultural institution. The decision was made today at a meeting of the government of the Sverdlovsk region.

At the moment the museum is a federal branch, after the adopted changes, the money for the maintenance of the park will be allocated from the regional budget.

"The adoption of the draft resolution will create favorable conditions for the variety of services offered in the sphere of culture, promote the development of modern cultural and recreational activities using the latest information technologies," explained the Minister of Culture Svetlana Uchaykina.

Such a decision was raised by the governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuyvashev. He asked why the park got the status of a budgetary, rather than an autonomous. The Minister replied that while "the institution is new and it needs to get to its feet". Make it autonomous it is going to be in a year, but everything will depend on the performance of the park.
