At the end of this season, an Italian specialist, most likely, will stop working with Napoli.

On the reasons for this decision, Sarri told Gazzetta dello Sport. According to the publication, Maurizio wanted to earn 4 million euros per year under a new contract, while the club offered a maximum of 3.5 million.

Given his success with the Neapolitan team, Sarri felt the reluctance of the leadership to go to meet his disrespect for himself.

In addition, Maurizio is dissatisfied with the fact that President Napoli Aurelio De Laurentiis refused to conduct a large-scale transfer campaign next summer and acquire the right players Sarri.

Earlier it was reported that Maurizio could lead Chelsea, while the head coach of the "blue" Antonio Conte can follow in the opposite direction - in Napoli.
