Young Boys for the first time in 32 years became the champion of Switzerland

The club from Bern has issued its 12th championship for four rounds to the finish of the Swiss Super League.

In the 32nd round of the Swiss Championships, Young Boys got a strong-willed victory over Lucerne at home - 2: 1. Guillaume Oaro scored in the 52nd minute from the penalty spot, and Jean-Pierre Nsame used pass of the same Oaro on the 89th.

This victory made Young Boys unreachable for Basel. The team now has 75 points for 4 rounds to go, while Basel has 59 and the match is in reserve.

Adi Hutter's team managed to interrupt the hegemony of Basel, who invariably became the champion in the last eight seasons.

Young Boys was founded 120 years ago, in 1898 and during this time 12 times won the championship of Switzerland. The last time the team did it in the 1985/86 season.
