The Polevsky Prosecutor's Office organized a check on the commercial carrier, on the bus of which there was an incident involving a minor passenger. The conductor of the bus "13k" landed from the cabin an 11-year-old boy who was trying to pay for the fines. She motivated her act by saying that she "is not going to recount his trifle".
The incident occurred on April 19 at 18:11. The boy got on the bus at the Karl Marx stop and was going to get to the northern part of the city. Transportation in Polevskoy costs 18 rubles. The boy had the right amount, but only coins worth 1 ruble, 50 and 10 kopecks. The passenger did not have any other money, so the conductor asked the driver to stop without reaching the stop, and land the boy. Before the nearest pedestrian crossing, he had to walk along the busy roadway.
The boy's mother applied to the prosecutor's office. The supervisory authority organized an audit. However, already now the press service of the prosecutor's office notes that the conductor violated the first article of the Federal Law "On Currency Regulation and Currency Control", according to which all banknotes and coins of the Bank of Russia are legal means of cash payment.
