First of all, we are talking about persons from the sanctions list. Latvian banks refuse to cooperate with entrepreneurs and business structures from this list. Over the past two months, the share of foreign capital in the country's banking system declined by two and a half billion euros. These are the data of the Latvian Financial and Capital Market Commission. Just a week ago, its volume reached a sum of less than four billion euros.
