Andrei Yarmolenko last summer completed the transfer to Dortmund Borussia, which paid for the player 25 million euros.
According to FIFA regulations, 5% of the paid amount per player must be distributed proportionally between all the clubs that brought up the player. Almost always these payments are handled by a new player's club, but in the situation with Yarmolenko, the "payment of solidarity" was supposed to be spent by Dynamo, according to Great Football.
"Payment of solidarity" for Yarmolenko should be 1.250 million euros, of which almost a million goes to Dynamo. Also in the football passport Yarmolenko there are 7 more teams, but 2 of them disappeared from the football map of Ukraine, Kiev Otradny refused to compensate, and the remaining teams - representatives of one sports school SDYUSHOR Youth, which was supposed to get 285 thousand euros.
According to the source, Dynamo, represented by Vice-President Vitaly Sivkov, instead of paying the money SDYUSHOR Youth, concluded an agreement with the Public Organization of the Regional Football Club Yunost, who claims that Yarmolenko played for them in the pre-Dynamo period, despite the fact that this organization was was created only in 2015. Dynamo transferred to her account 150 thousand euros, which was confirmed by the founder of the public organization OFC Youth, Alexander Saliy.
After a while, Saliy transferred SDYUSHOR Youth of 75 thousand euros, after which the director of the sports school Gennady Prokopovich appealed to the law enforcement bodies.
On official questions to the president of Dynamo Igor Surkis (1. Whether money was transferred for transfer of Yarmolenko; 2. If translated, then where; 3. If you did not translate, then when will be translated) Prokopovich does not receive replies within a month.
