Administration of Artemovsky urban district by court decision will have to repair the road leading to the village of Lebedkino. Such a decision was made by the court.

"The road along Zarechnaya street to Lebedkino and the exit on the motor road Artemovsky - Zaikovo village (31 km. + 033 m. ) and leading to Zarechnaya, is in an unsatisfactory state. Throughout the way there are numerous subsidence, rocky protrusions, potholes, width does not meet the requirements. At the same time, this is the only way for the entrance to the houses in Lebedkino, because the village is divided by the river, and the bridge is absent, "the Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk region.

Based on the results of the inspection, the prosecutor's office sent a claim to the court demanding that the administration of the Artemovsky urban district and TOMS of the village of Lebedkino carry out repairs to the above roads.

The Artemovsky City Court granted the request of the Prosecutor's Office.

The Judicial Board for Civil Cases of the Sverdlovsk Regional Court, having considered the defendant's appeal, left the decision of the court of the first instance - without change.
