During the prosecutor's check it was found out that one of the doctors took a loan in UralService and did not return it on time. Lenders sold the debt to collectors who were twice paralyzed by endless calls to the work of the registry and the reception of the head physician of the hospital - September 29 and October 2, 2017.

As a result of the audit, the prosecutor's office placed all responsibility on the microfinance organization, which violated Article 8 § 6 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Rights and Legal Interests of Individuals in the Course of Returning Arrears and Amending the Federal Law" On Microfinance Activities and Microfinance Organizations ". According to this article, creditors do not have the right to disclose the borrower's personal data, including reporting on the debt at his place of work.

In this regard, the prosecutor of Pervouralsk initiated the credit organization administrative, on the basis of consideration of which the court fined "Uralservis" for 50 thousand rubles.
