UEFA has launched an investigation into possible violations in the sponsorship agreements of the PCG.

The organization was interested in the origin of sponsorship money of the team, as well as the cost of commercial contracts concluded by the club, reports The Sun.

Thus, a preliminary investigation revealed that a number of transactions could be concluded at a higher price, which does not comply with the rules for which expenses should not exceed revenues.

If UEFA recognizes PSG as guilty of violating financial rules, the club is threatened with sanctions - from a fine to expulsion from one of the Champions League seasons.

Recall last summer, PSG bought from "Barcelona" Neimar for a record 222 million euros, and also rented from "Monaco" Kilian Mbappa with a mandatory purchase of a transfer for 190 million.
