According to the workers, Metalist can produce competitive products in terms of its equipment and personnel, but at the stage of technical re-equipment that coincided with the economic crisis, it was unable to timely pay off loans. Employees of Metalist also reported that the salary debts began in October 2017, a simple fault of the employer is paid in 2/3 of the average salary, which is less than 10 thousand rubles. The employees were not dismissed in order to retain qualified personnel. However, to date, the metalwork team has already been warned about the reduction, and from June 1, 2018, all 564 employees will be dismissed.

"Employees should additionally be charged 1/150 of the CBR rate for each day of delay in payment in accordance with the Labor Code," Andrei Vetluzhskikh explained.. - And all this is urgent, since people have loans, municipal debts have accumulated, and so on.. So far, according to the information of the bailiff service, scrap metal is sold from the territory of the enterprise and part of the finished product.
