In the Polevsk district court bailiffs forced a local resident to return a large debt to a pensioner.

The 80-year-old grandmother gave a woman a loan of savings that saved her entire life. Total more than 1.5 million rubles. Naturally, she turned out to be a fraud, and she did not return the money. The court ordered the woman to repay the debt, the writ entered the local department of bailiffs. The debtor who came to them bailiffs gave a receipt that she repaid the entire amount of the debt with the interest to the recoverer. However, the pensioner said that the receipt was a forgery, and wrote to the fraudster an application to the police.

In the meantime, the bailiffs arrested property - a furniture set, a plasma TV set, a microwave oven, a Mitsubishi Pajero car, which the woman carefully hid. All this was sold, the money was transferred to the recoverer. In addition, the bailiffs have established that the fraudster has real estate - two plots of land and two houses. As soon as this property was arrested, the woman immediately transferred more than one million rubles to the account of the UFSSP, which were transferred to the recoverer.
